Guest & Member Services temporarily relocate to modular unit adjacent to Community Center

During the reconfiguration project of the Commons parking lot, Guest & Member Services have temporarily moved from the Commons Building to the Community Center on the north end of Pelican Bay Boulevard, located at 8960 Hammock Oak Drive to alleviate parking congestion during construction.  A modular unit is situated on the furthest northeast end of the Community Center parking lot for Guest & Member Services.

This change impacts realtors with prospects and new residents who do business with the Pelican Bay Foundation for the following:

  • Guest Passes & General Inquiries
  • Member Cards & New Member Inquiries
  • Member Card Renewal
  • Real Estate Transactions
  • Tenant Leases / Tenant Cards
  • Realtor Passes

 

Hours of Operation for Guest Services:

Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Hours of Operation Member Services:

Monday to Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Weekend pick-up of pre-ordered guest cards will be available Friday evening through Sunday at Tram Station 4 by contacting security personnel.  It is also important to note that there will be no card pick-up after hours from Monday to Thursday while at the Community Center. For those days, you must visit during regular hours of operation.
