Our Marker 36 Restaurant, located at the North Beach, going is through maintenance repairs which require a temporary closure of the restaurant. This project begins today through Monday, October 3. It is important to note that if you choose to tour prospects, the restaurant and bar area will be closed. However, there will still be access to the North Beach via tram service, and restrooms will also be open.
For the full dining experience, why not try heading to the South Beach? The Sandbar offers an expanded casual menu with a new and familiar take on salads, sandwiches and entrees! Service hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
As a friendly reminder, realtor guest passes will be issued for one (1) day only and will be issued for the day of the showing of the beach and facilities. The Realtor must be licensed in the state of Florida. The Realtor will provide a business card upon receipt of the guest card and provide the names of each of their clients. The Realtor must be with their clients at all times. The pass cannot be used by the clients without the Realtor, nor can the pass be used for the Realtor’s personal access to the Pelican Bay facilities. Violation of these terms will terminate this privilege. This pass can be used on the trams and at the restaurants for food and drink as an additional showing feature. It cannot be used as a credit card.
